The clinic is operating in-person sessions with measures in place to ensure Welsh Government guidelines are followed. Our aim is to keep you and the clinic team safe during your visit.
As of 28th March 2022 most COVID restrictions in Wales have been lifted. However, health and social care settings will continue to adhere to COVID guidelines, which remain law in Wales. A face covering is still required throughout the clinic and in the therapy room.
We’ve always offered online therapy as an option, and this will continue should you prefer not to visit us for your appointment.
Enhanced health and safety procedures have been put in place throughout the whole building. They include several hand-sanitising stations in the common areas, and private waiting room. A full-time staff of cleaners use anti-bacterial spray on frequent touch points, such as door-handles, banister rails, seating, and of course in the toilets.
