All therapeutic interventions are offered with the discretion and professional knowledge of the therapist. Where therapy is deemed inappropriate, this will be discussed with the client and alternative suggestions may be made.
The efficacy of all therapies' is dependant on individual client responses.
Pre-paid clinical sessions cannot be refunded, however alternative appointments can be made at your convenience.
All 'Client' correspondence will be responded to as a matter of priority. Should investigation be deemed necessary, a maximum of 28 days response time, in the first instance may be required.
Refund of Cambridge™ products is at discretion and can incur a £25 charge for each consultation where products have not been purchased or have been returned. Items ordered in at clients' request cannot be returned.
