Andy, you've been so supportive and encouraging over the past months, I wanted to let you know how much I've appreciated you. Your phone calls between sessions to check on me were unexpected, though a great help. Like you said, I still have days, maybe moments when I feel low, though they're few and far between. Firstly I must say a big thank you for what you have done for me, you have given me a new lease of life. I have been a smoker for 43 years - after just 20 minutes of speaking to you and about an hour under hypnosis I have not wanted to smoke at all! I have had no cravings to smoke, and can say with my hand on my heart, after all these years of smoking, I am now a non-smoker. Thank you Andrew from the bottom of my heart.

Just dropping a quick line to say that it has been nearly 2 weeks since I had hypnosis to stop smoking and I am pleased to say I haven't had one cigarette. Today was a big test for me,but I didn't even think of having a cigarette to help me control my emotions. I'm still not sure what you have done to me but whatever it is I'm so glad I came to your clinic for help - this has to be the easiest way to give up! Thanks again.
