Life was becoming a struggle; everything seemed like so much effort. I visited my G.P and was recommended a prescription of anti-depressants, but I felt this was not right for me. A friend recommended you and after 6 sessions with you I feel so different, thank you so much for helping me Andy.

Just to let you know that its been a week and neither myself or Rhys has smoked or even been tempted to smoke. Its getting easier and easier every day thanks to you. We wouldn't have been able to do this without you!!

A quick thank you to you Andy - your support over the last few months whilst I lived on the Cambridge products has been substantial. In just over 2 months I lost almost 3 stone in weight! I've still got more to lose, but I have the motivation and confidence that I can achieve this.
